Thelen Subaru is so proud to be part of the wonderful Bay City, Michigan community and we love to give back to help this amazing community thrive. This is in line with the Subaru Love Promise. Subaru encourages our dealership to work toward making this world a better place. That is a challenge we gladly accept! For our efforts, we are so happy to have been honored with the 2018 Subaru Love Promise Customer Commitment Award. The real award is the joy that giving back gives to our super Thelen Subaru staff and the difference it makes in the lives of others.
The Subaru Love Promise is a program that is bigger than just financial donations. It is a commitment to community and to encourage a respect of all. This is shown through our actions as we work with a variety of community organizations. One program that Subaru heads up is the ‘Share the Love’ event which allows us to give back to our community to thank them for giving us so much support through the year.
Through these efforts we can support a variety of organizations that support improving our world through a positive impact on people. Those programs include Subaru Loves Pets, Subaru Loves the Earth, Subaru Loves Learning, Subaru Loves to Help, and Subaru Loves to Care. Some of the local organizations we have been lucky enough to work with through our Thelen Family Foundation include the Humane Society, Angels Among Us, Sierra Club Foundation, All Saints Central HS, Bay Area YMCA, Toys for Tots, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, and Bay Medical Charities.
